Make Rose Steamed Bread Steps
- Ingredient preparation. Cook the pumpkin, then make the pumpkin puree, take 180g. Take some green vegetables to make the puree, such as spinach, lettuce leaves, take 50g. Weigh other ingredients in advance.
- Mixing all the ingredients of the flower. All the ingredients of the flower are mixed together to make a bright dough. You can a bread machine to mix them automatically or do it manually. Handmade would take about 2 minutes.
- Rolling the dough. Roll the dough into pieces, and make them be round. You can roll the dough into a big piece, then cut them into small pieces and make them be round.
- Making flowers. Take 4 round pieces as a set, roll up from the bottom, cut at the middle to become 2 roses. You can press the petals down a bit or not.
- Mixing all the ingredients of green leaves. Do the same as step2. All the ingredients of the green leaves are mixed together to make a bright dough. You can a bread machine to mix them automatically or do it manually. Handmade would take about 2 minutes.
- Rolling the dough. Similar to step 3. Roll the dough into pieces, and make them be the shape you like, make it looks like the leave.
- Making the green leaves and flowers together. Attach green leaves to flowers to making together. Usually one flower use 4 leaves.
- Fermentation. Put the rose flower into the oven, choose the fermentation function, or set it at 40 degrees for 30 minutes. If the weather is hot, just left it outside for half an hour to ferment.
- After the water is boiled, steam it in the pot for 15 minutes and turn off the heat. Stuff for 5 minutes.
