  • 1 tbsp cooking wine (料酒,liào jiǔ)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp premium dark soy sauce (老抽,lǎo chōu)
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Bean Paste (甜面酱,甜麵醬,tián miàn jiàng)
  • 1 tbsp All Natural Cumin & Spices Powder (孜然粉,孜然粉,zī rán fěn)
  • 1 tbsp Natural Land Chinese Green Peppercorn (花椒,huā jiāo)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Organic Ginger (生姜,生薑,shēng jiāng)
  • 1 tbsp dried chile (干辣椒,乾辣椒,qián là jiāo)
  • 1 tbsp Star Anise (八角,bā jiǎo)
  • 1 Cinnamon Sticks (桂皮,guì pí)
