Crispy duck legs(香酥鸭腿,香酥鴨腿,xiāng sū yā tuǐ) are a famous dish in many
places. First, the ducks are marinated with various seasonings, then
steamed until cooked, and finally fried. The color of the dish is
golden, the aroma is rich, and the skin is crispy and crispy. This is
also a feast for the Chinese New Year. The biggest characteristic of
crispy duck is the word “fragrance”, especially duck skin, fresh and

- 2 duck legs (鸭腿,鴨腿,yā tuǐ)
- 1 tbsp cooking wine (料酒,liào jiǔ)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp premium dark soy sauce (老抽,lǎo chōu)
- 1 tbsp Sweet Bean Paste (甜面酱,甜麵醬,tián miàn jiàng)
- 1 tbsp All Natural Cumin & Spices Powder (孜然粉,孜然粉,zī rán fěn)
- 1 tbsp Natural Land Chinese Green Peppercorn (花椒,huā jiāo)
- 1 tbsp Fresh Organic Ginger (生姜,生薑,shēng jiāng)
- 1 tbsp dried chile (干辣椒,乾辣椒,qián là jiāo)
- 1 tbsp Star Anise (八角,bā jiǎo)
- 1 Cinnamon Sticks (桂皮,guì pí)
Wash the duck legs and boil them in cold water, remove the blood and pick it out
Prepare fresh ginger piece, star anise, cinnamon, chili, pepper
Put the materials after boiled
Put in the duck leg
Pour the cooking wine into the pot
Put salt more, use a big fire to boil, then change to a small fire
Cooked duck meat is easily penetrated by chopsticks
I made two flavors, one brushing a layer of premium dark soy sauce on the duck leg, and the other brushing a layer of premium dark soy sauce and then brushing a layer of sweet bean paste.
Tips: The second kind is more easy to taste after the fried, but the color is faster and easy to zoom
Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 3 minutes, put it in the duck leg for 10 minutes, turn it in the middle.
