Make Spicy Grilled Fish Steps

  1. Marinating fish. After the fishes were cleaned, smear them with the cooking wine and salt, including the inside of the belly, then add some scallion and ginger for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven and deal with the marinated fish. Set the over at 220º to preheat. Put the foil paper in the baking dish and brush some oil. Put in the marinated fish, sprinkle with cumin powder, barbecue powder, pepper powder and smear evenly.

  5. Add scallion, hot pot soup base and tempeh. Add scallion and hot pot soup base first. Then add tempeh after fried for a while.
  6. Add some water and heat to boil for several minutes.
