Start to prepare other ingredients.Put oil into the pot. When heated to 70%, add some dry peppers, peppercorns to stir-fry fragrantly

Add some water and heat to boil for several minutes.

It’s time for eating! Take out from the oven and sprinkle with scallion and minced peanuts cooked some coriander would be more fragrant, some people may not like coriander.
Notes
If time is enough, you can place the fish a little longer after marinated to make it taste.

When take off the baking dish to add the cooked ingredients at step 8, the oven is still working at 220 degrees.
